Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
That is what comes to mind as I try to put into words my feelings today as I look forward to retiring from the CYC on 12/31/17.
Thank you to all the wonderful people that I have met throughout the years. All the coordinators, chairmen, coaches, officials, gym monitors, field supervisors, all the volunteers that make up this great thing called CYC. I have been so fortunate to work with so many of you. You are the CYC! This is an awesome organization that does so much for so many people. You are a generous, caring group of folks that want what is best not only for your kids, but for all kids. It has been my honor and privilege to serve you during my time here.
Thank you to the parents and players who continue to sign up and play CYC Sports. I know you have many choices when it comes to activities for grade school and high school children. By choosing CYC Sports I believe you get more than just the sport itself. I believe you get a Christian atmosphere that fosters family, faith and character building in a fun atmosphere. CYC is a great way to connect to your parish community and leads to so many positive things. I have enjoyed being an integral part of that process.
Thank you to the group of people I have worked with at the CYC office these past years. You have truly been a joy to work with. Working in a positive environment is contagious. It carries over into other aspects of your life. You all have helped me grow in so many ways. I now look forward to continuing to grow without the 9 to 5, Monday – Friday structure.
Lastly, I plan to still be involved in the CYC in some fashion, so I look forward to seeing you at a gym or field in the near future.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
