If you coach or play CYC sports you may be familiar with the CYC leadership in your district. You may realize that the volunteer work of all the folks in your district make sure that each and every sport you coach or play runs smoothly, is administered fairly and provides great sporting events to all the girls and boys on your teams. You might see them at your District Championship Playoff games.
However these men and women do more than just that. They also have created scholarship programs to help CYC participants with their high school expenses. Annually they award scholarships to 8th grade students heading off to high school, to make the transition easier for the child and the parents.
