The Catholic Youth Council's Constitution outlines its purpose, goals, policies and procedures, and governs its operation. This constitution is in effect for the Soccer and Volleyball, and Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Track, Lacrosse and Golf seasons.

2009-10 Constitution is in effect for:
   2009 Soccer and Volleyball seasons
   2010 Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Track and Golf seasons.

2010-11 Constitution is in effect for:
2010 Soccer and Volleyball seasons
2011 Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Track, Lacrosse and Golf seasons
