What if I lose my CYC Photo ID card?

Simply order a new card online and a temporary waiver will be emailed to you.  Print the waiver and use it until you receive your new card in the mail, Be aware the waiver will have an expiration date on it and will not be valid after it expires. If you do not receive your card within two weeks of ordering it, contact the CYC Office at (314) 792-7256.

What is the CYC Photo ID Card used for?

There are two main uses:
1. To confirm that the players in the game are the players on the team's roster.
2. If a player is ejected from a game, their card is held until after their disciplinary hearing and any suspension resulting from the hearing is served.

My team has a game on Saturday and there is no photo session between now and then. Can my child play?

If you do not receive your card within two weeks of ordering it, contact the CYC Office. For Playoffs - You will need the physical card to be able to participate in the Playoffs.

My child is going to be playing soccer and volleyball. Do I have to take the Photo ID Card to each game?

Most coaches want to keep their team's ID Cards with them for the whole season. The easiest answer is to order at least two cards, one for each coach. A third card is also a good idea, since cards do get lost from time to time.
