Due to the large number of people that have applied for a CYC Player's or Coach's ID Card since mid-August, the turn around time for a card now stands at 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. 

When you completed your online registration, an email was sent to you.  This was your receipt and it contained a waiver for 2 weeks.  The Districts have been instructed to honor these waivers even if they have expired. Individuals will be allowed to play or coach with their receipt.

We apologize for the delay.  We have added equipment and staff and hope to eliminate the current backlog in the next two weeks.

We ask that you do not call or email to ask about your card's status.  If you received the emailed receipt, the process worked.  Your card will be processed in the order it was received.  Calls and emails will only delay the process.  Should there be a problem with your application, you will receive an email stating the problem and steps needed to correct the situation.
